There is one person whose contribution I would particularly like to highlight - Sandeep Dutt who joined us as Chairman and Executive Director of the Bhadrajan Artisans Trust in 2012. He has been responsible for facilitating many of the landmark achievements we celebrate today.

It is not often that you come across a stand-out talent like Sandeep. He never fails to make a dramatic difference to any role he occupies. He has an ability to juggle multiple projects without compromise to the end results. Through a strategic and inclusive leadership approach, he is able to get teams to work to the highest standards. A committed humanitarian and educationalist, Sandeep has influenced change in both the development and the corporate sector. He is highly recommended as a leader and as a team member.

The Professional Learning Program (PLP) Experience in Their Own Words
“Compared with other schools, educators here are more confident, with no hesitation, empowered as they know their opinion will be valued, have started writing a blog, confidently use technology and handle social media, like posting on their own newsweekly and professional writing.”
--Rajeshree Shihag, Principal, The Fabindia School

“After completing the PLP, I feel more confident as an educator. I’ve transformed into a teacher equipped with core values (soft skills) and technology for personal fulfilment and enrichment of mind and soul.”
--Ajay Vijayvargi, Teacher

“PLP in our school encouraged me to connect my teaching with real-life situations. My confidence level for presenting views and ideas has improved, and it helped me to think about changing my way of teaching.”
--Byju P. Joseph, Teacher
